I’d like to address a big thing when it comes to logicality (and TSS ships in general) portrayed in fanfics. It’s always “Emotionless nerd meets sweet innocent baby and sparks happen”. And while that’s true to some point, it always feels one-sided. I’m not saying you can’t do it, I’m just saying, to me it’s kind of annoying. Because sure, Logan may be a bit behind in understanding emotions, but he does feel them, like anger in WTIT, in the Christmas episode “What makes a perfect gift?” Curiosity and intrigue. Just like Patton may seem sweet and innocent, but he does understand complicated concepts that an adult would indulge in, because him and Thomas share the same memories, just doesn’t want people to do them. So, when you get down to it, those fanfics always seem wrong. Like the fandom (they do this with Virgil and Roman too,) takes characters, with some in-depth lore, and only focuses on that one part, scrapping the rest. So when you make a ship out of it, it feels wrong. Because it’s always just Patton being happy, and “What’s (insert dirty topic here?)” And Logan being like: “Hm, what is this feeling? I suppose it is unnatural.”

I’ve got thoughts!!! It’s a possibility for an orange side arc, or extreme character development! The heavy topics could deal with (if we’re focusing on orange), extreme rage, or a complete ducking out of logic! Mayhaps we get more dark side lore, or some more Roman or Patton lore? But I do agree, the possibility of a heavy topic is likely, but I’m betting on a more complex topic instead of a heavy one! Like a problem that can’t be solved as easily?

It’s sounds like it’s gonna be part of the main narrative (so not an asides) and it sounds like it’s going to have a theme— which means maybe costumes, locations etc? Maybe it’s a heavier topic? I can’t imagine what at this point, but he’s covered heavy topics before…

Just a bit of news:

The Sanders Sides Instagram Archive (as I'm now calling it) is about 95% complete, with a few things needing to be fixed.

I'm debating on posting it now and fixing it later, though, since it's already this much complete and it took a week or so to actually find, compile, and cite all the images and I'm excited to show it off.

But, you'd never believe it, I'm having some anxiety over it, and I don't want to post it without it being 100%.
